You have heard of milk men contaminating milk with paint or shampoo or washing powder and delivering it, but have you heard of a milk man who uses the containers to smuggle liquor? Well, today is when you hear of such a case.?
South East Delhi Police recently arrested a 43-year-old liquor smuggler Jawar, a resident of Palwal, Haryana.?
This ¡®genius¡¯ was smuggling liquor in milk containers and using his motorcycle for the same. He was arrested with 200 quarters of Haryana liquor. A police team kept a close vigil on bike riders coming from Faridabad, near Agra Canal at Mithapur in Delhi.?
During one such check on July 22, around 10pm in the night, the police noticed a motorcycle coming their way and the rider was carrying milk containers. The rider was coming from Faridabad.
The police being suspicious decided to inspect the vehicle. The movement of the milkman seemed to have raised their doubts. The police asked the rider to stop but he didn¡¯t instead he picked up speed and tried to run from the police and the check post.?

The police however, managed to nab the rider. After inspection of the rider his vehicle and the milk containers, police found that he was carrying 200 quarters of desi daaru inside the four containers.?
He was going to sell the liquor in Haryana. He was later arrested, and the liquor seized.?
Interrogation reportedly revealed that Jawahar is a school drop out. He studied till class 6. A native of Palwal, he supplied?milk in his own village and some nearby areas.?
He reportedly revealed that his profession did not bring him the money he needed, he could not meet his needs and in order to make a quick buck he started to deliver liquor in Faridabad and Delhi. The accused procured liquor from the godowns of Faridabad and used the milk containers to carry them.?
The idea of carrying liquor in milk containers actually seems genius because a normal person would not suspect that.
And while he did get royally busted in the end, one has to acknowledge that when it comes to jugaad, Indians are total pros. Criminals are quite innovative when it comes to smuggling drugs and liquor. Some try to carry drugs inside their wigs while some thinks it is smart to carry them in the sole of slippers.?
