Raj Kumar Gayari, a local of Udaipur's Sundarwas neighbourhood, claims that his uncle Shankarlal purchased a brand-new car from a store in the city's Madri Industrial area for the sum of Rs 17.50 lakh. The authorised service centre was informed of the vehicle's frequent technical issues.
His frustration increased as a result of failed attempts to contact dealers to fix the issue. The car was brought to the service centre twice, but the dealer couldn't offer a workable remedy.?
Raj Kumar reported that during a family event in the previous two days, the car required many pushes to start. When the service centre was contacted, the staff members claimed that the issue was caused by a depleted battery and suggested he drive the car for a distance in order to charge the battery.?
Despite every attempt, the issue persisted. We ultimately decided to bring the car back to the dealership "after all the trauma that we went through," he continued. Currently, the car is displayed in the space. The man has demanded the replacement of the car.?
