Some people train their dogs to carry their newspapers, some are able to teach their parrots how to talk and imitate. Some others train their pets to do the most ¡®human¡¯ things possible. But have you ever seen an animal wash clothes? Well, you are about to.?
Recently this video of a monkey washing clothes,¡®patak patak ke¡¯- the Indian style went viral.?
It seems like the primate is a pet as the people in the background can be seen fondly laughing and cheering at its professional washing skills. One might even think that the way this monkey is beating the white clothes, it is frustrated. Somehow it reminds of a scene from Chup Chup Ke where Rajpal Yadav, can be seen washing clothes quite angrily.?
Whatever be the case, a video of a monkey washing clothes is not something I expected to see in this lifetime. Not only is the primate beating the clothes, it has sense that it needs to be washed in water also. According to the tweet posted by by Susanta Nand IFS which read, ¡®Contagious behaviour. Learning to do from seeing it done by this primate is extremely amusing¡¯, the primate has learnt from its humans'.
Though this is the human thing a pet can be seen doing, there are those humans who impose their morality on their pets.?
A man in Kerala, sometime ago abandoned its 3-year-old Pomeranian as it was having an ¡®illicit relationship¡¯ with a neighborhood dog.?
The dog was abandoned and found tethered to the gate of the World Market at Anayara in Thiruvananthapuram. The couple who found the dog informed a charity organisation, People For Animals, about it. The organisation takes care of treating and rehabilitating injured and abandoned dogs.
The owner had attached to a note to the collar of the dog which read? ¡®This is a good breed. Good habits, Excess food is not needed. She has no disease. She is given a bath once in five days. She just barks. Over the past three years, she has not bitten anybody. Mostly she was fed with milk, biscuit and raw egg. NOW WE HAVE ABANDONED HER AFTER SHE HAD AN ILLICIT RELATIONSHIP WITH A NEARBY DOG!¡¯
However, the dog was adopted within a few days as not everyone is a fool to impose their conservative mentality on animals.?
Even though it is fun to have animals do the ¡®human things¡¯ it is not cool to impose human psyche on this, they after all are another species altogether.?
