Back when he joined the Congress party in 2014 and declared his assets he shared that a significant part of his wealth is tied up in Infosys shares, while sharing that they started the company with Rs 10,000.
After leaving Infosys in 2009, he oversaw the rollout of the Aadhar while he served as the chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India. The tech mogul was brought back to Infosys in 2017 after a company shakeup.
Over his illustrious career, Nandan Nilekani has amassed immense wealth and declared Rs?7,700 crore worth of them in 2014 prior to joining politics.
