Shark Tank India fever has taken the nation under its grips. Each episode is widely discussed and reviewed by the fans and followers of the show.?
The most recent episode of Shark Tank India Season 3 witnessed a fun banter between the judges. Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal and BoAt founder Aman Gupta were seen locking horns over a deal.?
It all started when pitchers named Hitarth Parikh, Chahil Patel, and Harsheet Maliwal presented their sports analytic products to the sharks. They demonstrated their products and then requested Rs 10 lakh for 1 percent equity.
Once the pitch concluded, Aman Gupta immediately matched the ask. Sugar cosmetics founder Vineeta Singh jumped in and offered Rs 50 Lakh for 5 percent equity. Namita Thapar, then doubled the valuation and offered Rs 20 lakh for 1 per cent.?
Soon after, Mittal upped the ante and offered Rs 1 crore for 5 per cent equity. Not one for backing out when the negotiations get tough, Aman revised his offer Rs 25 lakh for 1 per cent.?
In the end, the pitchers chose to go with Aman Gupta¡¯s offer over the other sharks.?
Anupam Mittal then took a dig at Aman Gupta and added, ¡°Acchi khaasi deal aayi thi, sharks ne apne pairon pe kulhadi maar di. Tumhe 1cr mil raha tha, kya leke jaa rahe ho. Woh kabhi gym ke andar hi nahi gaya hai.¡±?
Aman retorted, ¡°I will go to the gym from tomorrow.¡±
