Charlie Munger has been Warren Buffett's business partner for more than five decades, and they both built and transformed Berkshire Hathaway from a failing textile maker into a diversified business empire. Munger was vice chairman of Berkshire and one of its biggest shareholders. His overall?net worth was about?$2.6 billion, according to Forbes.
Charlie Munger died on Tuesday at a California hospital, aged 99. He was a longtime resident of Los Angeles. Born on January 1, 1924, in Omaha, Munger met Buffett?at a dinner party in 1959.?
