Kim Jong-Un Owns 20 Pianos. Read The Other Outrageous Things The Supreme Leader Has Bought
If you haven't read about how odd the nation of North Korea is, then this a good time to read about that first, right here. It's pretty much established that the Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un is sometimes outrageous and often kooky. So when you hear that he's done something weird, you don't find it as odd as you ideally should. For example, it's not odd that Kim Jong-Un buys unnecessary things. Odd is the United Nations discovering that Kim¡¯s spending on luxury goods eclipses the entire GDP of the North Korean people.
Presenting Supreme Leader Kim taking unethical spending to a whole new level as North Korea is filled with economic downfall and poverty.
1. He drinks some really good, imported stuff.

He's best friends with Dennis Rodman out of all people. But that's not affecting the people of North Korea yet. Consuming premium imported liquor is an everyday occurrence for the supreme leader. So what's his poison? Whiskey (Scotch) and cognac, both of which he has imported from around the world.
How expensive are these bottles you wonder? When Kim isn¡¯t feeling too luxurious, he likes to drink Johnnie Walker whiskey. As the country of North Korea continues to struggle, the Supreme Leader ships thousands of bottles of liquor into his own personal kingdom for his entertainment. The fun doesn't stop here though. he also likes a cigarette or two with his whiskey, and Yves Saint Laurent are his favorite, which he also imports into the country.
2. The best private golf courses to carry on his father's legacy of 11 holes-in-one.

One of the many things that the world used to find hilarious was Kim Jong-Un's father, Kim Jong II's tales of out of this world golf records. It is said that the supreme leader's father once shot a round of just 34 stroker, including 11 holes in one. Yes, read that again and if you aren't sure how golf works, let me help you out by saying it's a humanly impossible feat. So it goes without saying that a nation, whose leader is such a legend at golf, needs top quality golf courses. Doesn't matter if nobody plays there.
3. The Masikryong Ski Resort for the development of the nation. But, wait...
turism.bzi.ro
Kim is a big fan of skiing. So it wasn't really a surprise when he spent a massive amount of money on building a private ski resort named Masikryong. The resort was built on Taehwa Peak and was the brainchild of Kim, who wanted to increase tourism in his country. The resort was meant to help North Korea¡¯s tourism industry go from 200,000 visitors per year to over 1 million. Great initiative must say, but here's the problem.
North Korea hardly gets any snow so a ski resort is absolutely ludicrous.
The resort spans an incredible 70 miles, and Kim likes to spend a lot of his time there, even when there is nothing but green grass on the slopes. Much of the massive resort is empty throughout the year, especially when Kim is on one of his private vacations¡ª during which time visitors are not allowed. There, that's North Koreea's tourism industry, going down the green grass slopes.
4. Kim wanted a boat so he got himself a $7 million yacht.

Kim loves to feel the ocean wind in his finely cut hair every now and then, so obviously it was an absolute necessity when he went on a bought a $7 million yacht. At almost 100 feet long, the Fendi-designed yacht is considered to be the nicest that Princess has ever built. The yacht even features a saloon for Kim to drink some of that fine liquor that Kim imports. Well, he's got a purpose for the yacht too. He uses the yacht to travel up and down the coast to observe those in his native land.
5. Millions are spent each year on Kim's imported food.

You won't be laughing when you see at the amount of food imported in to North Korea as opposed to the number of people starving there. This obviously doesn't deter Kim from importing the best from different parts of the world to fuel his gluttony. The Supreme Leader imports his food from many different parts of the world. None of the food imported includes the rice or noodles that the people of North Korea feel fortunate enough to eat on rare occasions. Kim opts for pork straight from Denmark and caviar shipped in from Iran. If Kim wants to eat something a bit more scaled down, like mangoes, he gets them shipped in from Thailand.
6. People generally have a maximum of 1 piano in their homes. Kim Jon-Un has 20!

How many pianos does an average piano player need? How many pianos do you think Beethoven needed to create his magical symphonies? Yes, one. But that didn't discourage the Supreme Leader from buying 20 of them. Maybe one day Kim will open up to the world and show us his musical prowess.
7. Kim has over a 100 cars!

Kim has been such a huge fan of cars that his father allowed him to start driving at the age of 7! Kim was a pampered child, thus was able to get his hands on any car that he wanted simply by asking his father for it. Because of this early interest and accessibility, Kim¡¯s car collection has consistently grown over the years. Today, it¡¯s estimated that Kim has over 100 cars at his disposal.
8. A luxury cinema hall for the times he's too bored of doing nothing.
nkleadershipwatch.files.wordpress.com
How many friends do you usually invite to see a movie, whether it¡¯s at your house or the theater? Kim Jong-Un is able to invite up to 1,000 people to see a private screening in his own luxury cinema. It'll be interesting to know if the Supreme Leader even has friends. Anyway, the total cost for the project was nearly $200,000 and we are fairly certain he hasn¡¯t showed ¡°The Interview¡±.
DING!
