Bigg Boss Season 16 premiered on October 1st, 2022. The sixteenth season of the show is known as Bigg Boss 16: Game Badlega, Kyunki Bigg Boss Khud Khelega! Salman Khan has been hosting the show and entertaining the audience since the 4th season in 2010. Love it or hate it, Bigg Boss has been the most controversial yet loved reality TV series in India. Over the years, many celebrities not just from India but also from abroad participated in the reality show and made headlines during their stay inside the Bigg Boss house. In the current season, Abdu Rozik a rapper, singer, and influencer from Tajikistan winning the heart of the Indian audience with his cuteness. Jade Goody - season 2 (2008)

British television personality Jade Goody who was also an ex-contestant of the British reality show Big Brother where she made headlines after racist remarks against fellow participant & Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty appeared in Bigg Boss season 2. Jade was roped into season 2 which was hosted by Shilpa Shetty to prove that she is no racist but she had to exit in a very short time after receiving the devastating news that she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. But unfortunately, she lost her fight against her illness and died at age of 27 on 22 March 2009.

Claudia Ciesla - season 3 (2009)

The Polish-German model Claudia Ciesla entered the Bigg Boss house back in season 3 (2009) which was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. Claudia spent 10 out of 12 weeks in the show. After gaining popularity from the show Claudia got many Bollywood projects and one of them was the popular item song ¡°Balma¡± from the movie Khiladi 786 with Akshay Kumar. She also got a lead role in the Punjabi movie Yaar Pardesi opposite Gurpreet Ghuggi in 2012 and also appeared in other Bollywood songs and TV reality shows since then.

Baywatch icon, Canadian-American actress and model Pamela Anderson joined the Bigg Boss house as a guest in season 4 (2010) hosted by Salman Khan, for three days of course for the show's TRP only and for that she was reportedly paid Rs 2.5 crores which was twice the amount paid to any other contestants on the show at that time. While she swept the floors and washed the utensils, her saree danced and sunbath with her biggest fan in the house, Ashmit Patel.

The controversial Pakistani actress & model Veena Malik was an equally controversial personality in India & in the Bigg Boss house. Veen participated in Bigg Boss season 4 in 2010. Her chemistry-cum-romance with Ashmit is world known. They both got attracted to each other in the house and started to make headlines with their excessive PDA moments and intimacy. Thanks to her bold persona, she was issued a fatwa in Pakistan in 2010. Later, Veena hogged newsprint in India and Pakistan over her nude photoshoot for FHM magazine.

Pakistani television host, actor, scriptwriter, and impressionist, Ali Saleem popularly known by his alter-ego Begum Nawazish Ali, was another Pakistani celebrity after Veena Malik who entered the Bigg Boss house in season 4. A famous cross-dressing TV host was evicted from the house after receiving lowest votes.

A former international porn star Sunny Leone who is currently one of the most popular actress in Bollywood was named by Maxim as one of the 12 top porn stars in 2010. Sunny entered the Bigg Boss in season 5 (2011) as a WILD card entry on Day 49. There was a ruckus in India that the producers were promoting pornography by inviting her to be the guest. The entire hullabaloo favoured the show whose TRPs skyrocketed post her entry; she bagged Jism 2 and entered Bollywood! Bigg Boss season 5 was hosted by Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt.

Miss Afghanistan 2003, Vida created controversy in her country when she sported wearing a red bikini at the 2003 edition of the Miss Earth pageant but did not win the title. Vida entered the Big Boss house in season 5 where she got embroiled in a fight with her fellow contestant VJ Pooja Missra and Siddharth Bharadwaj. As for herself, Vida after her eviction admitted that she wasn't capable of being a drama queen and hence she was voted out. Trained in acting by Hollywood director Erin Spicer, she tried her luck in Bollywood flick Runaway: Love Among Gun Shots in 2009.

Natasha had tied the knot with India's all-rounder cricketer Hardik Pandya during the Covid-19 lockdown in the country in 2020.
