Because of his talent, the teenager who made a significant impact on screen with the show has developed a massive fanbase. In the Netflix series, Owen plays a youngster who has been charged with murder. People were praising him on social media because of how well he portrayed the character. Who is Owen Cooper? The star of Netflix show Adolescence
Cooper is a budding actor who plays the lead in the Netflix series Adolescence. He portrays 13-year-old Jamie Miller, who is taken into custody after killing a girl at his school.
Christine Tremarco portrays his mother, Manda, and Stephen Graham plays his father, Eddie. Each episode of the new crime drama, Adolescence, was shot in a single take, making Cooper's initial performance all the more impressive. It's also important to note that he is so polished that he could give experienced actors a run for their money.

In his admiration of Owen Cooper's performance, director Phillip Baranti said during an interview with Variety that he was "absolutely blown away" by the young performer. While many actors spend years honing their trade, Baranti pointed out that Cooper has already demonstrated exceptional presence, listening, and performance skills.

Owen Cooper¡¯s upcoming project
The 15-year-old will portray the younger version of Jacob Elordi's role, Heathcliffe, in Saltburn director Emerald Fennell's adaption of the classic gothic novel Wuthering Heights.
For those who don¡¯t know, As Jamie Miller, the alleged adolescent killer, Owen Cooper plays the lead. Jamie's father, Eddie Miller, is portrayed by Stephen Graham. Detective Inspector Luke Bascombe is played by Ashley Walters, and the clinical psychologist working on Jamie's case, Briony Ariston, is played by Erin Doherty.
