The plot is based on a true crime that occurred in India's National Capital, and it revolves around the investigation of the Delhi Police into this horrifying case of a serial killer who murdered a group of people and dismembered their bodies throughout the city.

He then left the bodies in front of the Delhi Jail, leaving notes as a hint. The Delhi police searched for the killer, who seemed to dislike the justice system based on his messages.

However, one of the most heartbreaking aspects of catching a criminal is having to wait for another crime to follow a pattern. The policeman, as heard in the trailer, confirms that the serial killer knew a little too much about the system.
