1. Tanjiro & Nezuko Vs. Rui
Tanjiro recalled the fighting technique known as Hinokami Kagura, or Sun Breathing, which had been inherited by his ancestors. Nezuko also made her first use of her Blood Demon Art after turning into a demon. The fight was not just excellent in terms of animation, music, and emotional impact, but the powers that the siblings discovered later on also played a significant role.
2. Rengoku Vs. Akaza
In Demon Slayer, Akaza is the first Upper Rank demon to arrive. His first battle is unusual from the outset because the heroes suffer a tragic conclusion. As the only person who can match Akaza's powers, Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, tries his hardest to vanquish the demon, but in the end, Akaza triumphs and Rengoku perishes from his wounds.

3. Demon Slayers Vs. Muzan
Muzan is fought by the surviving Hashira and Demon Slayers, who attempt to keep him outside until dawn so he may be destroyed. For the decisive battle, Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu team together. Muzan recognizes Yoriichi in Tanjiro when he eventually perfects the Sun Breathing method, even though his abilities fall short of those of the previous Slayer. Everyone's united efforts finally result in Muzan's death.

4. Giyuu & Tanjiro Vs. Akaza
Tanjiro's goal in fighting Akaza is to exact revenge on Rengoku for his demise. Tanjiro can defeat Akaza if he has Giyuu by his side, who activates his Demon Slayer Mark during the battle. In the midst of the battle, Tanjiro discovers the "Transparent World," which gives him the ability to defeat Akaza by dodging his blows.

5. Nezuko Vs Daki
Tanjiro's demon sister, Nezuko Kamado, was already well-known for being a skilled fighter who preferred using kicks and claws in combat. But Nezuko took things a step further and revealed her next form¡ªwhich was both exciting and terrifying¡ªwhen she encountered Daki.
6. Zenitsu Vs. Spider Demon Son
In this battle with the Spider Demon Son, Zenitsu got the opportunity to use his amazing Thunder Breathing. Zenitsu used his amazing skill to counter the demon's effort to kill the demon slayer by poisoning him. He unexpectedly and amazingly defeated the Spider Demon Son by sending all of the spiders the demon had aimed at him hurtling backwards and striking him with one last lightning strike.

7. Muichiro vs Gyokko
When Muichiro tries to save the villagers, they start fighting. After their initial meeting, Muichiro found himself imprisoned in a water prison. The young Hashira remembers his father's visage, who shared Tanjiro's eye color, as his consciousness starts to vanish.
Muichiro then recalls memories from his past that he had suppressed due to a tragic experience. Muichiro's natural talent allowed him to advance fast through the Hashira levels. Muichiro awakens his demon slayer mark and escapes the water prison with ease after realizing everything. He then engages Gyokko in combat once more. Gyokko immediately learns that Muichiro is superior to him, and Muichiro promptly defeats the demon as predicted.

8. Tengen vs Gyutaro
They meet head-on, creating a huge explosion, and then they sprint across Yoshiwara, swinging and dodging each other's blows. Gyutaro knocks Tengen away from him and unleashes another wave of blood blades, but Tengen can now readily read the attack, so as they reach close, they are destroyed.
