The series is set to stream on Disney+ Hotstar soon and its first poster has generated significant attention. While much is not known about this drama, here¡¯s all that we know so far about Kobali.

The cast of Kobali includes Ravi Prakash along with Are Syamala, Rocky Singh, Jabardasth Naveen, Yogi Khatri, Suneal Patel Neelawar, KP Kalidindi, Sripavan Dhadhi, Sneha Gupta, Venkat Batchu, Megana Chowdery and Tarun Rohith among others. Directed by Revanth Levaka, Kobali has been executive produced by Mahesh Babu Daggumilli with the post-production being handled by CQ Studios. This Gowra Hari musical is edited by Kishore Kumar Maddali.
What is the premise of Kobali?
The story of Kobali seems to revolve around the theme of revenge and its impact on the lives of people in a faction-driven society. The series explores how the desire for vengeance affects individuals and their communities. The official poster of Kobali features the faces of the central characters reflected on a bloodstained knife set against an old-fashioned house wall in the background. It is captioned, ¡°Ready for bloodshed.¡±
What is this series' connection to Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram?
Interestingly, Kobali was originally a project planned by director Trivikram Srinivas for actor Pawan Kalyan. The film was supposed to be set in the Rayalaseema backdrop and was envisioned as an experimental project without songs or a heroine. However, due to Pawan Kalyan¡¯s political commitments in 2014, the film was delayed and eventually shelved.
Instead, Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan moved forward with Agnyathavaasi. The web series now revives the title Kobali but as a Telugu crime thriller on OTT.
