On Koffee With Karan Season 8, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor recently had a long and in-depth conversation with Karan Johar. From talking about their work to their husbands and dealing with things beyond work, the conversation was sure a wholesome one!

Alia Bhatt On Raha¡¯s Photo Surfacing On The Internet
Karan asked Alia during the episode about how she is very fiercely protective of Raha and why.

Alia replied, "So actually, at that time I remember basically I felt like a picture came out of hers, and it was our schedule in Kashmir (for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani). It was a very, very difficult schedule for me because it was my first time shooting after giving birth. And no matter what anybody says, it takes really long for your body to bounce back. I still feel like I am undergoing some changes. I was not sleeping at night. I was feeding. I was rushing in between shoots and stuff. So I remember calling up Ranbir and saying, 'Listen I am really... I am finding it very difficult'. So he pushed his work. He said, 'Do not worry. I am going to come pick her up¡ He said , 'I am going to come pick her up. I am going to take her. I have pushed my work. She will be with me. And it was really like relaxing for me."
Remembering that it was her first time "separating from Raha," Alia said she "felt very guilty." She also fell distraught upon realizing that Raha's picture had been shared on social media.

More than ten years ago, Kareena Kapoor wed Saif Ali Khan, the father of Sara Ali Khan. During the rapid fire round on Koffee With Karan season 8 episode 4, host Karan Johar questioned Kareena about perhaps playing Sara's mother in a movie. In response, Kareena declared that she "can play all ages."

Alia Bhatt talks about chatter around her pregnancy
Karan made the observation that, in contrast to their male counterparts, actresses are frequently asked concerns about how to balance marriage, having children, and a career. "See, the balancing career irritates the life out of me," replied Alia Bhatt.
She said that inquiries concerning marriage and family life originate from a positive place, but she also recalled being under a great deal of scrutiny, particularly after she revealed she was pregnant.

When Karan Johar asked to share her thoughts about the controversy, Alia said while talking about it, ¡°My team told me, ¡®This is going a little out of hand.¡¯ And I was like, ¡®It¡¯s okay, let it be.¡¯ because genuinely, people say things all the time. But then I realised that there are serious articles talking about how he¡¯s a toxic man and this and that. And I¡¯m like, ¡®Are we serious?¡¯ There are many issues in the world to talk and give more attention towards than talking about something I said in a completely different context. I think the only reason I felt bad, or feel bad is that if people misunderstand, is because he¡¯s genuinely the opposite of all of that,¡± Alia added.

Alia Bhatt says Deepika Padukone is not her competition
When asked if she saw Deepika Padukone as her rival during the rapid-fire round of episode 4 of Koffee with Karan Season 8, Alia Bhatt, who was present on the Koffee couch alongside her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan, replied "no" and referred to Deepika as her "senior."

Kareena talks about ¡®history¡¯ with Ameesha Patel
Karan asks Kareena, "Why didn't you attend the Gadar party? You and Ameesha Patel have such a history," to which the 'Laal Singh Chaddha' actor says, "What history? I'm ignoring Karan, as you all can see."
She went on to say that she was not in town but is really happy about how the film did.
