Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are abandoning their upcoming projects. The fifth season of The Crown is aired on the OTT Giant. However, Meghan and Prince's show might not air until 2023, because the Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to make further changes.
Duke and Duchess of Sussex Are Not Satisfied
Prince Harry's autobiography was scheduled to be published by Penguin Random House in November, but that date has been postponed to 2019 because the Duke and Duchess of Sussex need to rewrite it in order to appease the Royal family before it can be published.
The children of the Sussexes won't receive the titles of Prince and Princess, according to royal experts, until their projects have been completed. The pair was present for the initial editing, but they requested that a lot of what they had said about Kate, William, Camilla, and Charles be removed.
They appear to be playing the diplomatic card right now since they don't want their kids to suffer the same fate as them for disclosing information about the royal family in Orphan's Interview.
As reported by Page Six, a source revealed, "A lot of conversations are happening. I hear that Harry and Meghan want the series to be held until next year, they want to stall. I wonder if the show could even be dead in the water at this point, do Harry and Meghan just want to shelve this thing?¡±
Tension Within the Royal Family Affects The Sussexes
According to Prince Harry, who joined forces with his wife, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, to sign his own show arrangement with Netflix, the well-known series The Crown is largely based on truth but is otherwise fictional.
The Sussexes are walking a tightrope when it comes to the royal family. Even though they occupied a prominent position at the Queen's funeral on September 8, who passed away at 96, tensions with the family still exist.
