Sankranthiki Vasthunam OTT Release Date Confirmed: Venkatesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary recently starred together in a festive cinematic outing where they saw a dream run at the box office. Released theatrically on 14th January, the Telugu entertainer has earned Rs 252.67 crore globally and is finally ready to make its OTT debut. Sankranthiki Vasthunam is ready to stream on Zee5 from March 1 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

The OTT streaming will happen simultaneously with the film¡¯s television premiere on Zee Telugu starting at 6 PM on that date. While previously makers had promised early satellite streaming rather than digital, their plan seems to have changed now.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam¡¯s plot summary

Y.D. Raju, a former deputy commissioner of police, is contacted by his ex-girlfriend, ACP Meenakshi, to help locate Satya Akella, the CEO of a major global corporation, who has been kidnapped by a gang from the farmhouse of the state¡¯s ruling party president. Raju agrees to take on the assignment after receiving approval from CM Kesava and teams up with Meenakshi to rescue Satya.

Things take an unexpected turn when Raju's wife, Bhagyam, insists on joining the mission, fearing that Raju might rekindle his relationship with Meenakshi. This leads to a series of humorous and action-packed moments as the trio works together to solve the case.
