What is Scam 2003 about?
Abdul Karim Telgi is a fraudster who used fake stamp papers. To market his stamp sheets to numerous organizations, he hired more than 300 individuals. On January 17, 2006, Telgi and his accomplices were given a 30-year life term after their scheme was shown to be a fraud. He received a second 17-year sentence in 2007 for a different offense. On October 23, 2017, he passed away at the age of 56 after months of battling different health issues.
