Co-written and directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the comedy has been produced by T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, Wakaoo Films and Kathavachak Films. Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video will be streaming on Netflix from December 7 onwards.
This October 11 theatrical release is a part of Netflix¡¯s Holiday season slate which also includes Lucky Baskhar (already streaming), Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi¡¯s Amaran debuting on December 5, and Alia Bhatt¡¯s Jigra on December 6.

Taking place in Rishikesh in 1997, newly-wedded pair Vicky, a skilled henna artist, and doctor Vidya (Triptii) document their honeymoon night as a memento. However, chaos ensues when their private sex tape disappears. Vicky is determined to locate the lost disc before his wife discovers it and before its contents ruin their small-town reputation.
Other than the two leads, the film also stars Vijay Raaz, Mallika Sherawat, Mast Ali, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Saharsh Kumar Shukla, Archana Patel, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania, Ashwini Kalsekar, Mubeen Saudagar, Jaswant Singh Rathore, Ishtiyak Khan, and Manjot Singh in key roles. Aseem Mishra takes the role of a cinematographer with Prakash Chandra Sahoo as the editor.
