Virgin River had 3 seasons of 10 episodes each, while its seasons 4 and 5 had 12 each. As per reports, Season 6 will have 10 episodes.
Plot
As per reports, the plot of this upcoming season will show audiences the long-awaited wedding of Jack Sheridan and Mel Monroe. The show revolves around Mel this time as she finds out that she and her sister do not share the same biological father. She finds out that her mother had an affair with someone in Virgin River.
The show is based on a novel series by Robyn Carr and is all about Mel, who is a midwife and nurse practitioner who settles in Virgin River following the death of her husband in the hope of a fresh start.
