Salman Khan's Brother-In-Law Aayush Sharma Quits 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali', Here's What We Know
Reports suggest that Salman Khan has approached Sunny Deol¡¯s son Karan Deol and Javed Jafferi¡¯s son Meezaan to replace the actors.
Salman Khan's brother-in-law Aayush Sharma is no longer a part of his upcoming film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. According to reports, the Antim: The Final Truth actor has opted out of the film due to creative differences.
Aayush Sharma, who made his debut in Bollywood with the film Loveyatri opposite Warina Hussain, had already started shooting for Salman Khan's movie, however, once the differences cropped up, the actor decided to walk out. "Yes the team of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali had begun work and shooting for the film. But some issues seem to have crept up between Aayush and SKF. Following these creative differences, Aayush has decided on opting out of the project altogether.
Aayush Sharma started shooting for his portions of the film, and even completed a whole day¡¯s worth of shooting. However, certain differences between him and the production house arose which ultimately led to him opting to walk out of the film,¡± a source was quoted as saying to Bollywood Hungama.
Well, this is the first time Salman Khan¡¯s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali being marred by controversies, ever since its announcement in 2020.
Owing to this unexpected development, the film, which was targeting a December 2022 release will hit theatres at a later date. Moreover, the shooting of the film started last week in Mumbai after much delay.
The Dabangg actor also took to social media to share his dramatic look from the new romantic-comedy movie. ¡°Shooting commences for my new film,¡± Salman Khan simply captioned the photo.
Although Farhad Samji is suppose to direct the film, reports suggest that not all's well between Salman Khan and director Farhad Samji. According to Bollywoodlife reports, Salman Khan is ghost directing his film 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali' instead leaving most of the tasks for assistant directors.
Saman Khan Asked Aayush Sharma To Leave?
The story of the film revolves around three brothers where Aayush Sharma was supposed to play one of the brothers of the lead character , which will be played by Salman Khan himself. However, reports suggest that Aayush Sharma took the final call of walking out of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali only after Salman Khan's affirmation. ETimes report suggest that Siddharth Nigam will be replacing Zaheer Iqbal's character as he has also left the film.
The sudden change in the cast has also delayed the filming which is expected to resume only after the issues are resolved. The movie also features Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu and Punjabi movie Honsla Rakh actress Shehnaaz Gill, who will mark her Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan.
