5 actors who played PM Narendra Modi but couldn't do justice because no one can truly nail his persona
From Vivek Oberoi to Arun Govil, these 5 actors tried portraying Narendra Modi on screen, but none could capture the dynamic persona of India's Prime Minister. After all, it's tough to nail Modi's character.
Playing the role of Narendra Modi on screen is not an easy job. After all, to essay the role of the dynamic, chaiwala-turned-PM whose life has been a full of courage, compassion and constant hard work requires more than just donning a grey beard and a crisp kurta. These five actors bravely attempted to play him on screen, yet like they say no one can come even close to PM Modi's magnetic aura.
5 actors who played Narendra Modi on screen
1. Vivek Oberoi
Vivek Oberoi essayed the role of Modi in his biopic which was released in 2020. Ever since his first look as the Prime Minister was released, people started trolling him. After the release of the trailer, it was raining memes and jokes on X (formerly called Twitter). Fans thought he was not even close to Modi's real-life persona.
He is not even looking even 0% of Modi...looking more like a joker. It is an insult to our leader Narendra Modi who himself would not have approved this look

2. Rajit Kapur
Actor Rajit Kapur essayed the role of PM Modi in Uri: The Surgical Strike, which was a pathbreaking film in Vicky Kaushal's career. Although, his character was not named after Modi, it was obvious who Rajit Kapur was playing.
Rajit Kapur is probably the only actor to have portrayed these 3 personalities.
