Badhaai Ho! Neena Gupta-Gajraj Rao Are Reuniting For 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan'!
Badhaai Ho cast members Ayushmann Khurrana Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta are reuniting for the upcoming sequel to the 2017 hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. The makers are yet to zero in on the second actor oppositeAyushmann in the movie.
Bollywood reunions are mostly special. Badhaai Ho cast members Ayushmann Khurrana, Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta are reuniting for the upcoming sequel to the 2017 hit, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
The sequel is titled Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan. A pinkvilla report quoted a source saying,
¡°Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao, who played the lead roles in Badhaai Ho, will be seen reuniting for Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan. Their chemistry and comic timing in Badhaai Ho made them a household name and the makers wish to replicate the same magic in Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan sequel. Ayushmann too shares a warm camaraderie with the duo. The makers are yet to zero in on the second actor opposite Ayushmann in the movie.¡±
Neena and Gajraj Rao have always been cordial and supportive and recently, Neena Gupta shared pictures from her prosthetics session for her upcoming film and everyone was floored with her determination. Considering the fact that prosthetics can be a mentally and physically taxing experience, everyone is praising Neena Gupta's patience.
A lot of fans started pouring sweet messages for Neena, including her Badhaai Ho actor Gajraj Rao who reacted to the post, saying,

Now that they have begun shooting for Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Neena gave all her fans a glimpse of their prep. She captioned the picture as, "Rehearsing in the day @gajrajrao #shubhmangalzyadasaavdhan"
Directed by Hitesh Kewalya, the upcoming film is a sequel of 2017 blockbuster 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan'. The much-awaited film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Aanand L Rai, who also bankrolled the prequel. 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan' had received an overwhelming response from the audiences and critics alike for the way it dealt with a subject like erectile dysfunction. The film, helmed by RS Prasanna, released on September 1, 2017, and also starred Bhumi Pednekar.
The upcoming film, which was earlier slated to release on Valentine Day 2020, will not hit the big screens on March 13, next year, averting a clash with Imtiaz Ali's next directorial featuring Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan and Randeep Hooda.
