WWE SmackDown results: Jade Cargill advances to Queen of the Ring semi-final with stunning win
Jade Cargill defeated Nia Jax, Piper Niven, and Michin in a chaotic fatal four-way match on SmackDown to advance to the Queen of the Ring semi-final. After being double-teamed and thrown over the announce desk, Cargill returned to hit Jaded on Niven for the win, taking one step closer to title contention.

Jade Cargill took a big step forward on the June 13 episode of WWE SmackDown at Rupp Arena in Lexington. She fought off Nia Jax, Piper Niven, and Michin in a wild fatal four-way match to qualify for the Queen of the Ring semi-final. Cargill stayed patient throughout the chaos and picked the perfect moment to strike.
The match started at full speed. Niven went right after Michin, while Cargill and Jax traded blows in the corner. Niven crashed into the ring post early on, and Cargill sent her into the steel steps. That left Michin alone in the ring with Cargill, who slammed her down with a mat return. Cargill followed up with a strong tilt-a-whirl backbreaker before Jax returned to take control.
Nia Jax then teamed up with Piper Niven, and the two took turns punishing both Michin and Cargill. They hit Michin with corner splashes, slams, and double-team moves that kept her down for most of the match. Cargill tried to fight back, but Jax and Niven tossed her out of the ring and launched her over the announce desk¡ªcrashing into commentator Wade Barrett, who fell beside her.

Nia Jax looked determined to secure her spot in the next round. After losing her title to Tiffany Stratton on the January 4 episode of SmackDown, this tournament looked like her shot at redemption.
But things began to unravel. Jax crushed Michin with a senton and went for the pin, only for Niven to break it up. Frustration boiled over as Jax and Niven started shoving each other. Michin used the opening to land a hurricanrana on Jax and a Bulldog on Niven, but Jax recovered and hit a double chokeslam on both opponents before delivering the An-Nia-Lator to Michin.
As she went for the pin, Niven pulled her off again and speared her through the barricade near the timekeeper's area. Niven returned to the ring and hit a Vader Bomb on Michin. Just as it looked like she had the match won, Jade Cargill came back in and nailed Niven with Jaded to score the pin.
Cargill¡¯s timing was perfect. She had taken punishment all match, but never gave up. The Storm¡¯ now moves into the Queen of the Ring semi-final and is inching closer to a top title shot. With stars like Tiffany Stratton holding gold, Jade Cargill looks ready to join the main event scene. For Nia Jax, it¡¯s another missed chance. But for Cargill, the path forward is finally opening up.
Jade Cargill will face Roxanne Perez from Raw in the semi-final of the Queen of the Ring tournament.
