Bipasha Basu is pregnant. The Bollywood actress and her husband Karan Singh Grover announced that they are expecting their first child together on Instagram and sent the fans into a tizzy.
Confirming that the speculations doing the rounds were indeed true, Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover have finally confirmed that they are expecting their first child together. As the couple shared the news with their fans and friends on social media, they also posted a photo from the maternity photoshoot along with a heartwarming note.

Bipasha Basu who has been away from the silver screen for quite some time now announced her pregnancy wrote,
"A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be. We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two.
"Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see¡so soon, we who once were two will now become three. A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee."
Bipasha and Karan thanked people for showering them with love.
"Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and good wishes as they are and will always be a part of us. Thank you for being a part of our lives and manifesting with us another beautiful life, our baby? Durga Durga," the note further read.
"Thank you sweetheart!!!", commented Karan Singh Grover on the post, while their friends from the industry and fans showered them with blessings in the comments section.

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover who first worked together in 2015 movie Alone started dating soon after their movie. The next year in 2016, they got married to each other. They have also co-starred in the 2020 web series Dangerous.
Talking about how marriage and love has changed him, Karan Singh Grover had told Femina in an interview, "It's not just love, it's actually her that has changed me. She has something about love that kind of makes you vibrate a little, higher than usual. All the things that are negative are leaving you automatically and you start becoming a better person just by being around her. If I give credit to this marriage or love, it would be not correct, because it's actually it's her, the way she is being the person that she is, full of love for everyone and herself and always taking care of everything."
