The year 2023 was a year of comebacks. Not only Bollywood ruled the box office once again with several films crossing Rs 500 crore mark, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic that was keeping the audiences away from the big screen, but a lot of actors also made a roaring comeback - Shah Rukh Khan with Jawan and Pathaan, Sunny Deol with Gadar 2 and director Karan Johar with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

1. Zeenat Aman

The diva who slayed the Instagram game at the age of 72, is all set to make a comeback with Manish Malhotra's co-production Bun Tikki alongside Shabana Azmi and Abhay Deol. Malhotra shared the details of the film and wrote on Instagram, "The Great @azmishabana18 and @thezeenataman both I have been a huge fan of from their movies to their songs to their clothes. They are so different from each other and both have memorable movies and cinema moments that we all love. It¡¯s gives me so much happiness that they are coming together after decades."

2. Imran Khan

Whether he played a charming boy in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na or a dedicated brother in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Imran Khan's movies couldn't score well at the box office but he sure managed to create magic on the big screen and made us all mushy. The actor is reportedly making a comeback soon but the official announcement on the same is awaited. He hinted at this on Instagram and wrote, "To whom it may concern; I hear you. And I¡¯m working on it. Thank you for being so patient with me."

3. Zayed Khan

Remember Lucky from Main Hoon Na and Mohabbat Hai Mirchi fame Zayed Khan? The actor is making a comeback with Jio Studios film titled The Film That Never Was.

About the movie, he said, "Hello people! With your love and support, it¡¯s been ¡®20 YEARS¡¯ for me in the industry. As then, once again I¡¯m excited to tell you guys that my new movie is just around the corner and I can¡¯t wait to share it with you guys. Now, the next 20 years are gonna be Kickass."

4. Fardeen Khan

The chocolaty boy of 2000s, Fardeen Khan is all set to make a comeback in 2024 with Visfot, a Hindi remake of Venezuelan film Rock Paper Scissors (2012). The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh. Talking about the film, he said, "I am very excited about Visfot. My dear friend Sanjay Gupta with whom I have worked before is producing the film and Kookie Gulati with whom I have shot for an ad before is directing it. The film is the Hindi remake of the Venezuelan film, Rock Paper Scissors. I haven't attempted a role like this before. It is a story told in 24 hours so it is a fast-paced crime thriller. I am very excited for it to come out soon."

5. Sahil Khan

After impressing us in movies like Style and Xcuse Me, Sahil Khan faded away into oblivion. Now, the actor is all set to grace the silver screens once again. Announcing his comeback, he said, "After huge demand! 20 saal baad apke Chantu aur Bantu phir aa rahe hai eksath #Bollywood main with the writer and the director - Sam Khan absolutely delighted to work under his direction".

6. Trisha Krishnan

The actress who made her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar's Khatta Meetha will be seen playing the lead role in Salman Khan in a yet-to-be-titled movie which will be directed by Vishnu Vardhan.

7. Sonam Khan

Oye Oye, Ooye Oo Oaa girl Sonam Khan is returning to face the camera after three decades. "It was a big decision for me to come back on-screen after a break of three decades. I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous as things have changed drastically. However, when I announced the comeback, my co-actors and the industry welcomed me with open arms. I¡¯ve been offered a couple of scripts. I am currently going through and seeing which one I connect to the most. You can expect something big soon," she said.
