Salman Khan's driver had admitted in the court that he was driving the car. The dramatic twist happened after 12 years. His wife Anita in an interview said that all these years she had no clue about it. "Whatever I know was from the news channels and papers. My husband never told me anything about it. But that¡¯s his nature. He never discusses work at home. It was his decision not to tell anything, and even now it was his decision to confess before the court," she told TOI.
She added that if her husband is the culprit, he should be punished. Ashok Singh was working with Salman from around the time he made his debut with Maine Pyar Kiya. He had married his wife Anita around the same time.
Anita also rubbished the rumours of Salman paying a hefty amount to her husband Ashok to take the blame upon himself and added that the actor had a heart of gold.
