'Artistes Have Been Killed Before', Diljit Dosanjh Blames Government For Sidhu Moose Wala's Murder
Diljit Dosanjh in a recent interview has now blamed the government for the 295 singer's murder. He said that an artist can never do anything wrong to anyone and added that it was 100 percent the government's fault.
It has been months since Sidhu Moose Wala was killed by unknown assailants in broad daylight who shot at him about 30 times, and still, the murder case remains unsolved. Diljit Dosanjh in a recent interview has now blamed the government for the 295 singer's murder. He said that an artist can never do anything wrong to anyone and added that it was 100 percent the government's fault.

"100% ye sarkar ki nalayaki hai. Ye politics hai aur politics bahut gandi hai. Bhagwan se hum prarthna kar sakte hain ki unko insaaf mile aur aisi tragedy na ho," he told Film Companion.

Diljit Dosanjh added, "Artistes have been killed before as well¡ I remember when I started, there used to be problems. People would feel why is this person getting so successful but killing someone is just¡ I don't know. It is the government's fault 100% and this is politics, according to me".
Meanwhile, Sidhu Moose Wala's father has offered to pay Rs 2 crores to anyone who helps the Police in nabbing gangster Goldy Brar.
"The government must punish these sinners who murder Punjab's youths," Balkaur Singh was quoted as saying at an event. He said that the singer used to pay Rs 2 crores as tax and that the government should announce a reward for any information that could lead to Goldy Brar.
"Why don't you announce a reward of Rs 2 crore? If somebody helps in getting him (Brar) caught, this reward money can be given. I promise that if it cannot pay that much money, I will pay from my own pocket, even if I need to sell my land," he added as per PTI.
"Whoever hands over Goldy Brar, I will give him a reward of Rs 2 crore from my pocket. He is the real murderer of my son," his father was quoted as saying by tribuneindia.com at an event in Amritsar.
He also said slammed the state government and asked why it was hell-bent on killing the youth by not taking appropriate action against the gangsters. He alleged that he didn't want Police security but the arrest of Goldie Brar.
