In today's WTF news of the day, a UK-based firm, which was founded in 2016, has reportedly listed the likes of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan's family members as its directors. The news came into limelight after an Indianexpress report stated that Bros Brother International Ltd had 13 listed directors, including Shah Rukh, Salman¡¯s father Salim Khan, his brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, and his Being Human foundation.
The report further adds that they have also specified Mannat as Shah Rukh Khan's address and they have correctly mentioned Salim Khan¡¯s address as Galaxy apartment.
The story gets more twisted as Anjali Sharma (fictional name of Kajol's character in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai) has also been listed as one of the directors. The report claims that Anjali's address has been mentioned as a random mail box service provider in London.
Paul Myers, who is the lead support of the BBC Investigation Initiative stumbled upon Bros Brothers International during his online research on companies in the UK. He spoke about this finding and said,
¡°It is someone¡¯s deranged idea of a joke. Registering all Indian actors as directors of this almost fictional company.¡±
While none of the actors have reacted to the report, a manager form Salman's Being Human Foundation has released a statement. He was stated as saying,
¡°We are not even aware of this. Salman Khan and his family have nothing to do with Bros Brothers International."
Umm, this world is indeed a weird place and stories like these just make this belief stronger.
