Anushka Sharma was recently spotted with her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, heading to Alibaug by jetty, and later returning to Mumbai alone.
Just three days ago, a video of the couple went viral as they visited spiritual guru Premanand Ji Maharaj in Vrindavan along with their children, 4-year-old daughter Vamika and 11-month-old son Akaay.
The video was splashed across all paparazzi channels.
The Reddit post has caught attention, suggesting that Anushka's frequent paparazzi sightings and her appearance on a well-known spiritual guru's YouTube channel may indicate she's gearing up for something major.
Commenters have humorously dubbed it "The Worldwide Privacy Tour" and some pointed out the timing, saying it's a PR strategy to divert attention: "Whenever Kohli is out of form, she comes to divert attention from his cricket debacle."
One cheeky comment noted, "We want privacy, but privacy enough to cover our kids face , but not to the extent that we go out of sight, out of mind that we don't get brand deals anymore.."
Has Anushka Sharma quit acting?
Anushka Sharma's last full-fledged role was in 2018 in the movie Zero.
In an interview with Filmfare early last year, the Band Baaja Baaraat actress shared her thoughts on taking a break, saying, "It's so hard for people to believe that someone would like to take time off to be rejuvenated. You shouldn't deny yourself that because it's important to be able to think fresh."
She continued, "I'm dying to sign a great script and get back on the set. That's what I love doing the most. I want to feel creatively charged."
Anushka will next be seen in the sports biopic Chakda Xpress, based on the life of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, which will stream exclusively on OTT.
