After BTS announces indefinite hiatus to focus on solo careers, Jungkook assures that the ARMY group isn¡¯t disbanding.
Members of the famous K-Pop group BTS recently announced in a live video during Tuesday's FESTA dinner group that they are taking a break to focus on their solo careers. While many thought the group is taking a hiatus, the BTS members including Jungkook has something to clarify.
According to reports, it appears that some reports have wrongly portrayed BTS hiatus news while the band actually meant they would like to balance both the group and individual projects simultaneously.
As the news lead to confusions among fans after BTS celebrated its ninth-anniversary party and shared their plans for future, the company handling BTS released an official statement clarifying that the band isn't dismantling.
Now Jungkook has personally shared on social media to stop the spreading of the misinformation.
K-Pop Band BTS Isn't Dismantling
According to reports, a representative has told Billboard that Jungkook assured in the live streamed video that the first Grammy nominated K-pop band isn't going to stop working together as a team as it is not disbanding.
During the livestream Jungkook also mentioned that the group will continue to do projects together and even film their web series Run BTS.
"Since there was all a mess saying we are disbanding and what not. We are not disbanding guys, there are still a lot of things we need to do as a group. BTS is forever," Jungkook said, as per a fan's translation of the VLive.
Apart from Jungkook, BTS leader RM, V aka Kim Taehyung have also taken to social media to silence the group's 'break up' misinformation.
BTS Launches Proof
K-pop group BTS, who made its musical debut on in 2013 with their single No More Dream recently launched their anthology album Proof. The group's much-anticipated compilation came out with 48 songs featuring mix of old favourites, singles and unreleased demos.
Three new songs have also been included in the album - Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment), For Youth and Run BTS, each of which conveys its own message.
BTS Talks About Anti-Asian Hate
Apart from creating music, BTS is also focuses on making an impact in people's lives. Last month, K-pop band BTS went to meet United States
President Joe Biden to discuss anti-Asian hate crimes in America.
