In an unfortunate incident, popular daily soap actress Renjusha Menon left for her heavenly abode on 30th October. The Malayalam star passed away by suicide at her apartment in Srikaryam, Thiruvananthapuram. The 35-year-old actress was reportedly found hanging in a flat where she lived with her husband Manoj.

Why did Renjusha Menon died by suicide?
Several media reports suggested that Menon was going through financial troubles which compelled her to end her life. Police immediately seized the incident spot and the body was taken for autopsy. HT reported, "Police have started investigating the incident. The police said that the matter will be clear once the post-mortem report comes.¡±

Who is Renjusha Menon?
Born and raised in Kerala¡¯s Kochi, Renjusha started her career as a TV anchor with Sensation and made her TV debut with serial 'Sthree'. She also starred in several movies including Thalappavu (2008), Marykkundoru Kunjaadu (2010), City of God (2011), Bombay March 12 (2011) and Lisammayude Veedu (2013).

A few of Menon¡¯s best works on small screen include Karyasthan, One Way Ticket, Athbhutha Dweepu, Anandaragam, Varan Doctor, Ente Mathavu, Nizhalattam, Magalude Amma and Balamani. Renjusha also appeared as a contestant on the Malayalam celebrity reality show Nakshatra Deepangal.
Menon who was also a professional Bharatanatyam dancer is survived by her father CG Ravindranath and mother Umadevi.
Just a few hours before her death, Renjusha had posted a comic video on her Instagram along with her 'Anandha Ragam' co-star Sreedevi Anil. Several users took to the comment section of Renjusha¡¯s recent instagram post and mourned her death. One user wrote "Just a fraction of a second is enough to change the destiny...Rest in Peace Sister."

Several users claim that the actress hinted at her death by posting an indirect note. She shared a quote by Jillian Medoff that read, ¡°Sleep is my only comfort, then I¡¯m not sad, not angry, I¡¯m not alone, I¡¯m nothing.¡± She had captioned it, ¡°Goodnite dearss.¡± Her death has sent shockwaves across the showbiz.
