"Tired and travelling," he wrote with sleepy eyes emoji. He was smiling in the picture in which he wore a black tee with a black cap. He geotagged his location as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. In another Instagram Story, he revealed he has reached Rajasthan.

Why was Munawar Faruqui detained in the Hookah Bar Raid?
As per several reports, the raid took place at Mumbai's Bora Bazar. The FPJ report quoted Police Officer as saying, "Our team raided the hookah bar based on information suggesting tobacco use disguised as herbal. We have called in experts to determine the nature of the substances used. Faruqui is among those detained."
Another senior officer told PTI, "During the raid, the police found stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui and others smoking hookahs at the joint. We also have a video of their act. We detained Faruqui and others, but they were later allowed to go as the sections slapped against them were available."
All the 14 people who were detained were reportedly booked under Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act along with IPC sections 283 (danger or obstruction in public way or line of navigation), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others). "All accused were released after questioning," reported ANI.

Furthermore, the police have seized a total of Rs 4,400 and nine hookah pots, worth Rs 13,500, in the raid. The investigation in the case is underway.
The Social Service branch of the city police conducted the raid at a hookah parlour located in Bora Bazar area of Fort around 10.30 pm on Tuesday, and the operation continued till 5 am of Wednesday, an official said.
