Loveyapa will mark the big Bollywood debut of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor. Several movie industry icons attended a special screening in Mumbai prior to its theatrical premiere. Rekha was also present at the screening and in a pap video she was seen touch Rajkumar Santoshi's feet.
Before the release of Loveyapa, Junaid Khan, Khushi Kapoor and their team hosted a grand screening in Mumbai and it was attended by many Bollywood stars. Rekha, the legendary actress also attended the event and a video of her from the event has gone viral. In a video shared by celebrity pap Viral Bhayani, Rekha was spotted touching Rajkumar Santoshi's feet who apparently is 2 years younger than her.

In the video that was shared online, Rekha could be seen meeting Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Santoshi. She greeted him with folded hands and also went on to touch his feet.
While some felt that its not about the age gap but rather a gesture to show respect, some other felt that it was not necessary and should not have done it anyway.
One wrote, ¡°Rekhaji - As Always- ELEGANT.¡± Another added, ¡°What is wrong with her?¡± A third went on to add, ¡°Nautanki hai. Santoshi ji is younger to Rekha ji.¡±

For the unversed, Loveyapa is directed by Advait Chandan and it stars Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan. The movie will be released in theaters on February 7.
