Shark Tank India is all set to return with its second season. The business-based show that hooked us through in 2022 will air post-new-year celebrations. As the sharks (entrepreneurs) reached Amitabh Bachchan¡¯s KBC 14 sets to promote their show, it was a fun and laughter ride for everyone.
Amid all the great conversation, Peyush Bansal revealed why Anupam Mittal is nicknamed ¡®Gyaannath Ji¡¯ and that left Big B amused.

When Anupam Mittal was seated on the hot seat, Amitabh asked the other sharks why they call Anupam ¡® Gyan Nath ji.¡¯ To which Lenskart founder Peyush Bansal said in Hindi,¡°Koi pitcher aata hai, usko apne business ke baare mein itna nahi pata hota jitna inko pata hota hai, ye bidh jaate hain uske sath. Aur agar us pitcher ne koi jawab idhar udhar kardia na to ye bhaisab usko chhodte nahi hain.¡±
Anupam Mittal who helms Shaadi.com revealed that someone pitched him their business idea when he was riding the roller coaster in Disneyland.
He said, ¡°We were in Disneyland with my daughter and someone on the roller coaster ride recognized me and started with the pitch while the ride was on.¡± Bansal talking about his journey shared with everyone, ¡°I started with the garage as I wanted to reach Bill Gates¡¯ level. In 2010, I read a statement that India is the ¡®Blind Capital¡¯ and I found a vision and started working towards Lenskart, there is still a lot left to do and I want to keep doing as much as I can.¡±
While pitching why she needs to be on the hot seat, Emcure¡¯s Namita Thapar said, ¡°I deserve to sit on the hot seat first because, I am such a big fan of yours that I got married to a man who is your fan as well, and I even named my sons Jay and Veeru.¡± Aman Gupta who represents BoAt said in his pitch, ¡°Hume (people of Delhi) seat se bahut lagaav hota hai.¡±

Other than these, this season will also feature Vineeta Singh (Sugar) and Amit Jain (CarDekho). Not returning to the show after their successful stints in season 1 are entrepreneurs Ghazal Alagh (Mama Earth) and Ashneer Grover (BharatPe). Replacing Ranvijay Singha from season 1, Rahul Dua will be hosting this season.
