Raju Srivastava Opened His Eyes In Coma As Family Played Amitabh Bachchan's Voice Note For Him
Amitabh Bachchan recently revealed he sent Raju Srivastava a voice note when he was hospitalised.?Bachchan said that he opened his eyes for a bit and then went away.
In his blog post, Amitabh Bachchan paid a heartfelt tribute to Raju Srivastava, the comedian who never failed to make people laugh but has left people in tears today. Fans, friends, celebrities, his family - everyone prayed for his well-being but after spending 40 days in a coma, he breathed his last on Sep 21.
Raju was admitted to the hospital after he complained of chest pain. He had suffered a heart attack while running on a treadmill at the gym. He was unconscious when he was admitted and was being treated on a ventilator.

Bachchan revealed Raju had also opened his eyes after listening to his voice message.
"Another colleague friend and creative artist leaves us¡a sudden ailment and gone before time¡before his creativity time completion¡each day in the morning with him in spirit and information from near ones¡they got advised to send a voice to awaken his condition¡I did¡they played it for him in his state in his ears¡on one instance he did open his eye a bit¡and then¡went away," Amitabh Bachchan wrote.
Paying to the late comedian, he wrote, "His sense of timing and the colloquial humour of his birth shall remain with us¡It was unique, open, frank and filled with humour¡he smiles from the Heavens now and will be the reason for mirth with the God's".
Kapil Sharma who had also started his career with The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, also penned an emotional note for him.

He wrote, "You have made me cry for the first time Raju bhai, I wish if could meet you for one last time. May God bless you. You will be remembered a lot. Goodbye, Om shanti)."
