Filmmaker and former Bigg Boss 16 contestant Sajid Khan recently attended Sidharth Malhotra-Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Mission Majnu's screening. It was Sajid's first public appearance after leaving the popular reality show Bigg Boss Season 16.
Sajid's presence at Sidharth Malhotra's film screening was met with a positive response from both the public and the media. He was being followed by the paps and fans while taking an exit from the film screening.

As journalists and media persons asked Sajid about his experience in the Bigg Boss house, the filmmaker kept it brief while responding to media questions, and even clicked selfies with a few.
However, amid the candid interactions, Sajid was approached by a priest, who also posed to click a selfie. While capturing a video, the priest went on to ask Sajid Khan to chant 'Jai Shri Ram' which lead the Housefull director to flee the event.
A video of Sajid Khan fleeing the event has surfaced on YouTube as the priest tried to make him chant 'Jai Shri Ram' thrice.

According to DNA, many people have reacted to the video that has been doing the rounds on social media.
Reacting to the same, a user supporting Sajid Khan wrote, "I am Hindu baki bro kisi ko jabardasti Jay Shri Ram nahin bula sakte or na Allah u Akbar sab apne apne dharm ka Aadar Karen (I am Hindu, you can't force someone to say Jai Shri Ram or Allah U Akhbar. Everyone should respect their religion)."

"Kiyu force karre ho jay siyar*am bolne ke liye yeh resson hai desh ko andhbhakto ne barbad kardiya hai..! Shame on you (Why force someone to say Jai Shri Ram. Such andhbhakts are the reason why our country is backward)," another user commented.
While a third person added, "Why these hindus force muslims to say jai shree ram?"
