"SSR bhaktas ask when SSR case will reach prosecution. I can't say but: AIIMS team couldn't make an independent probe since no body. So relied on Hospital records & said 'murder not ruled out but CBI can decide on circumstantial evidence'. So CBI, ED, NCB at it with vigor," tweeted Swamy.

"Now the Trimurti agencies have unearthed huge evidence by which I am confident CBI will find it easy to prove in court that it was indeed murder by conspiracy. Not only justice will be done but SSR will be vindicated by the clean up that follows in Bollywood," he further wrote.

There is no room for doubt that Mumbai Police was adamant in declaring Sushant Singh Rajput's death by suicide. It was only through relentless protest and demand by citizens that a CBI inquiry was ordered to investigate the late actor's death.
Whether this huge evidence exists or not is something that will only be validated once CBI files its charge sheet and moves to court with the accused. Until then, we hope Sushant Singh Rajput continues to rest in peace.
