¡®We Are Not Morons To Lose Our Cool¡¯, Taapsee Pannu On Her Recent Argument With Paparazzi
Taapsee Pannu talks about her recent heated argument with paparazzi, says, "we are not morons to lose our cool on video.¡¯
Recently, a video of actress Taapsee Pannu losing her cool at one of the photographers at an event for the promotion of her forthcoming film Dobaaraa had gone viral on the internet. The Shabaash Mithu actress got into a brawl with the paparazzi who were waiting for her at the event organized at Mithibai College in Mumbai.
After she arrived at the spot, Taapsee Pannu's team escorted her inside while the photographers at the venue kept asking her to pose for pictures. Some of them even told her that she was late for the event and that they have been waiting for her since 4:30 AM in the morning.
This seem to have irked the actress, who said, "Mujhe jo bola gaya main kar rahi hoon, aap mere pe kyu chilla rahe ho, mujhse tameez se baat kijiye. I am just doing my work. I have arrived on time at every place I have been asked to. Talk to me in a respectful manner."
She further went on to add, "The camera is on me, so only my side can be seen. If it's on you for once then you would have realised the way you are talking to me," she further said as her team tried to calm down the situation.
Now, the actress has opened up about the incident. Netflix's Haseen Dilruba actor Taapsee Pannu, who is all set to be seen in Dobaaraa, has stated in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, that the photographer was so rude to her.
She said that she felt as if he was doing her a favour by clicking her snaps. She also went on to say that even not even her parents talk to her in the tone the photographer did. As several reports stated she lost her cool,
Taapsee Pannu said that actors are not morons or illiterates to lose their cool on video without any reason.
Taapsee denied being disrespectful to anyone and added that she was calm throughout the conversation with the paparazzi and she kept smiling respectfully although he did not respect her at all.
She said that the photographer talked to her in a very derogatory tone and also kept making faces at her. As she did not want to retaliate, she folded her hands and accepted whatever the photographer had to say.
