Vivek Agnihotri who is gearing up for his film, The Vaccine War has now warned people of hyper-gymming amidst the death of TV actor Siddhaanth Vir.
TV Actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi passed away aged 46 on November 11 after suffering a heart attack during his gym workout. This incident has raised concerns amongst people about hyper-gymming including filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri. Vivek in his condolence tweet for Siddhaanth has shared his concern and the internet cannot agree more.
The Kashmir Files director recently announced his film on India¡¯s Covid-19 vaccination story named ¡®The Vaccine War.¡¯ Netizens have now nodded to Vivek¡¯s views about hyper-gymming.
Sharing a picture of Siddhaanth, Vivek tweeted, ¡°This so tragic & sad. The mad rush to build aggressive body, without any medical advise is so dangerous. Hyper-Gymming is a relatively new phenomenon which got mad impetus due to Instagram. It needs to be regulated for sure. Society needs to rethink. Oh, Siddhanth¡ ? ??????¡±

In the rush to build a muscular body, people ignore the signal of the body itself. Overstretching the body beyond the limits is harmful. This and artificial diet to grow muscles,leads to such sad incidents.

Who was Siddhaanth and how did he pass away?
Siddhaanth was known for his acting stints in popular TV serials like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Krishna Arjun, and Ziddi Dil. Also known by the name Anand Suryavanshi, his last few projects included Control Room and Ziddi Dil Maane Na. The Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti actor is survived by his supermodel wife Alesia Raut and two children.
It was reported that at the time Siddhaanth died, he was at the gym working out. He then felt unconscious and collapsed to death. The reason stated by multiple reports suggested a heart attack. This incident reminded people of the shocking gym-related deaths of comedians Raju Srivastava, Deepesh Bhan and actor Puneeth Rajkumar.
Several actors took to share their emotions for the actor including his close friend who revealed Siddhaanth was in stress.
Vishwapreet Kaur told Hindustan Times, ¡°We don¡¯t know much. We were supposed to meet today (Friday) after the gym. He even came to my place a few days ago. He is a very dear friend of mine. I used to tell him ki Yoga kar, stress kam hoga. He was my only friend. I¡¯m in shock.¡± When asked if Surryavanshi was in stress, she said, ¡°Which actor isn¡¯t? He was under a lot of stress. This city is stressful.¡±
Actor Shaleen Malhotra quoted while rushing to the hospital, ¡°We don¡¯t know much except that he had a cardiac arrest. I hope the family can take care of them, I can only pray for them. It was very unfortunate and unexpected.¡±
