About The Kashmir Files' success¡
As soon as the craze of The Kashmir Files blew up, the film was made tax-free in several states including Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Goa, Haryana, and Uttarakhand. With a heart-wrenching storyline, the film gained strength and sympathy from the masses including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Since then, Vivek has also received the much-awaited kick of his career. The film starred Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumaar, Bhasha Sumbli, Chinmay Mandlekar, Prakash Belavadi, and Pallavi Joshi.
Parallelly, The Delhi Files is also in making.
The third part of Vivek¡¯s trilogy, The Delhi Files is due for release in 2024. Although Vivek hasn¡¯t revealed anything about the film, the shaded posters have made it evident that the film is about the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Vivek supposedly hopes to open up the long-suppressed cases of the carnage of the Sikh community after Mrs. Gandhi¡¯s assassination. Anupam Kher in an earlier tweet also congratulated Vivek by tweeting,
Good luck dear @vivekagnihotri for #TheDelhiFiles!! I am sure as a filmmaker you will do great justice to another chapter of our past dealt wrongly. Looking forward to be part of it. ? #RightToLife pic.twitter.com/izPlP3b82n

He further also congratulated the Film Federation of India¡¯s decision and the film¡¯s makers and tweeted,
"A big congratulations to the entire team of #LastFilmShow (Chhello Show) for being selected as India¡¯s official entry. Wishing them the best film award at the #Oscars2023.
