While Will Smith issued a formal apology on Instagram after the incident, Chris Rock has not yet made a public statement about the incident.
Chris Rock recently performed his first two shows since the incident and when a fan cursed Will Smith during the show, the comedian shut him down.
According to a report in People, a fan among the crowd present in the show yelled, "F*** Will Smith". Chris shut the member by saying, "No, no, no, no, no."
The actor, in his show, broke his silence over the incident and said that he is still 'processing what happened'.

Earlier, an online ticketing market place confirmed that Chris Rock's stand-up show witnessed a rise in its ticket price and sales after the entire Oscars 2022 fiasco. "We sold more tickets to see Chris Rock overnight than we did in the past month combined," the tweet read.

For the unversed, Will Smith slapped comedian Chris Rock on the Oscars 2022 stage over a joke made in reference to the former's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. The comedian had said that he was looking forward to see her star in a sequel to G.I. Jane. Jada, who suffers alopecia, an autoimmune disorder, which causes hair loss by attacking hair follicles, didn't like the joke and was visibly upset.
Meanwhile, Chris Rock refused to press charges against Will Smith. The Los Angeles Police Department had confirmed the same via a statement.
