2. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

This time Ed and Lorraine Warren will examine the case of murderer possessed by a demon. This was the first sensational case in America when a convict used possession as a defense in 1981. Johnson-McGoldrick, who returned to write The Conjuring 3, had earlier written on Twitter that it would be a "completely different movie than the first two." He added, "The franchise is expanding beyond the 'haunted house' formula."

3. Candyman

You know the rule right? Say the name five times in front of a mirror, and Candyman will be right in front of you. The sequel to 1992 original film, this one directed by Get Out and Us fame Jordan Peele will sure to become another classic.

"Candyman was one of those movies that scared the shit out of me. I remember it aligning so well with me being in middle school, although it came out a few years before I was in middle school. In the bathroom, people would either say 'Bloody Mary' or 'Candyman'", said Nia DaCosta who is directing the film.

4. Last Night in Soho

This one is special because it marks the last film of late iconic star Diana Rigg, who was popular for her role as Lady Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this one since it was supposed to be released last year but got delayed because of COVID-19.

Directed by Edgar Wright, known for films like Shaun of the Dead, Last Night In Soho is a psychological horror which tars The Queen¡¯s Gambit¡¯s Anya Taylor Joy and former Doctor Who Matt Smith. The story follows a passionate young fashion designer who can travel back in time.

5. Don¡¯t Breathe 2

The film that unexpectedly overperformed at the box office is returning with a sequel. The film's amazing plotline left everyone pleasently surprised. The original film revolved around kids breaking in to a blind man's secluded house. While they thought it will be easy to steal money and run away, they instead are welcomed with a nasty surprise. Stephen Lang¡¯s role of The Blind Man was one of the most exciting parts of the movie. Thankfully, he is returning for the sequel and we just cannot contain our excitement.

6. Halloween Kills

The Shape is back! A sequel of 2018's Halloween, this one is the lastest entry to 40 year old franchise that has a massive fan following. To amp up your excitement, the film has got R rating for "strong bloody violence throughout". David Gordon Green has promised that Halloween Kills will have "twice the thrills and ten times the kills", and it seems they will indeed fulfil this promise.

The Swedish film releasing on Netflix. A couple is rekindling their romance on a hiking trip but a red dot unexpectedly keeps following them.
