New lawsuits accuse Diddy of sexually assaulting two minors, including 10-year-old boy, during auditions
The lawsuits were filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York Monday by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who has actively been working with over 100 accusers to unravel Diddy's sex crimes. Both suits have been filed on behalf of two minors.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs, also known as P Diddy or Puff Daddy, is facing two new lawsuits which accused the disgraced rapper of assaulting two underage aspiring artists, aged 10 and 17, during early 2000s audition routines. The rapper is currently lodged in New York's Metropolitan Detention Centre since his arrest on September 16 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
New lawsuits against P Diddy
The lawsuits were filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York Monday by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who has actively been working with over 100 accusers to unravel Diddy's sex crimes. Both suits have been filed on behalf of two minors.
Diddy drugged and assaulted a 10-year-old boy
The first one has been filed by a John Doe, accusing the rapper of sexually assaulting him in 2005 when he was 10 years old. The California resident, in his lawsuit, mentioned that he aspired to become an actor or rapper. A hired consultant advised his parents to shift to New York to find better connections in the entertainment industry.
As part of the auditioning process, the accuser, who was then ten-10-year-old, met Combs. On the pretext of 'audition', the Coming Home rapper told the boy to meet him alone before introducing himself to his family.
Following his lead, Doe then met Diddy at a hotel where his consultant left him alone with the now-disgraced rapper. The Bad Boy Records founder alluded to the aspiring with offers to ¡°make him a star.¡± When Diddy asked how badly he wanted to achieve his dreams, the plaintiff responded he would ¡®do anything for it.
As per the lawsuit, Diddy drugged the boy before sexually assaulting him. ¡°You have to do some stuff you don¡¯t want to do sometimes," Diddy reportedly told the boy. He then exposed his private part to him, forcing him to indulge in some intimate activities. Doe soon lost consciousness, but once he regained his composure, he awoke to the rapper¡¯s undone pants. Diddy threatened the young boy that he would hurt his parents if he ever spoke about this incident to anyone.
Diddy, his bodyguard forced a 17-year-old boy to perform sex acts
Another alleged victim, also John Doe, then 17-year-old, was said to have been coerced into performing sexual acts in 2008 during a Making the Band audition. The complaint stated that Diddy's bodyguard, T, also participated in the sexual activity, with both men coercing the minor to engage in various sexual acts during a round of three interviews.
When the boy voiced his discomfort with these events, it resulted in Combs warning him that he would be 'keeping an eye¡± on him.
Diddy's rep denies the allegations
Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges against him, responded to the first lawsuit via his reps, denouncing it as a mere 'publicity stunt'.
¡°The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we¡¯ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone¡ªman or woman, adult or minor,¡± his rep told Variety.
He will go for trial on May 5, 2025.
