Migrant steamship sails west to depart from the old continent. The passengers were a diverse group of Europeans united by a desire to secure their future. The plot is based on a true story. The series 1899 is based on the famous journey of a group of European migrants to America in the early 1900s. But that's not all there is to it. It's an immigrant story, but it's also a story of hope in some ways. As the migrant ship encounters a similar ship adrift at sea, things start to unravel in a way that Dark viewers should be on board for. The creator attempted to create a puzzle for the viewers, and the series will undoubtedly keep you on the edge of your seat. With twists and mysteries around every corner.The shooting took place on a newly developed virtual creation stage. It is Europe's largest LED 'Volume' of its kind, with the capture of countless complex special visualisations pictures in-camera through virtual sets and settings made utilising game motor innovation. The cutting-edge virtual creation stage will be permanently located beyond Berlin at the well-known Babelsberg Studios and will provide content creators with new and inventive methods of imaginative narrating.
