While there hasn't been an official announcement yet, grapevine suggests that Bigg Boss season 17 will air by the end of October. Recently, Salman Khan was spotted shooting for the promo of the show in an orange kurta and pajama. The promo will likely have a musical jugalbandi.

If reports are to be believed, Abhishek Malhan, Bebika Dhurve, and Manisha Rani can be seen in the new season of the reality show. Furthermore, makers might approach Pooja Bhatt for Bigg Boss season 17 and looks like she is all game for it. In an interview with Etimes, Bhatt said, "I don¡¯t know. I haven't switched on my phone yet. I¡¯ll go home to my four cats first. Main ghar jaake thodi khamoshi ke saath apne journey ko process karungi. But I never say never in life. So let's see."

Will Elvish Yadav be seen on Bigg Boss 17?

Well, just like the last time, it is unlikely that the winner of Bigg Boss OTT season 2 will be seen on Bigg Boss 17. Furthermore, during a press interaction, Elvish had denied going on the show. He said he would want to spend some time with the family now. He added that he won't participate in this season but if he is approached for the upcoming season, he might say yes.

2. Isha Malviya
Known for her role as Jasmine in the Colors TV show Udaariyaan, actress Isha Malviya will reportedly be seen on Bigg Boss 17. The actress as per reports has confirmed her participation in the show. She also stated that she was offered last season with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta. However, at that time, she had refused the offer due to her prior committments to the show.
Talking to Etimes, she said, "I'll be doing Bigg Boss this year & I'm happy to be a part of the show early in my career as I don't believe that you have to be many shows old to be part of Bigg Boss. I don't see it as something that should be done when you plan to retire. I feel now is the time to be part of such an interesting show. I was offered the show last year, too. But I was also offered to play a double role after the leap in my fiction show Udaariyaan almost a year ago and so I felt I could wait. But, now my part in Udaariyaan will soon get over"
3. Shafaq Naaz
As per a report on TellyChakkar.com, Falaq Naaz's sister Shafaq Naaz has been approached for BB 17. The talks are on and she has almost confirmed her participation in the show.
4. Armaan Malik and Payal Malik
YouTuber known for his two wives who live together with him, Armaan Malik is another name doing the rounds in the Bigg Boss 17 contestant list. He will likely appear on the show with his first wife Payal Malik. Will Kritika join the show as a wildcard contestant? Well, that remains to be seen.
5. Anurag Dobhal aka UK 07 Rider
A well-known moto-Vlogger, Anurag Dobhal is a teacher-turned-YouTuber who goes by the name UK07 Rider.
6. Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vikcy Jain
As per reports, Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain have been confirmed as participants on Bigg Boss 17. However, nothing can be said to be confirmed unless an official announcement is made. As per their contracts, even the participants are not allowed to reveal the same.
7. Harsh Beniwal
Youtuber Harsh Beniwal has confirmed that he will enter Bigg Boss 17 house as a contestant. It is said that he was approached for the show and talks were going on. Later, when he posted the Bigg Boss logo on Instagram, fans took it as a confirmation. After a successful season of Bigg Boss OTT which shattered many TRP records, it is expected that more YouTubers will be seen in BB 17.
8. Aishwarya Sharma and Neil Bhatt
Last seen on Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, the Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin actress Aishwarya Sharma is reportedly being considered for Bigg Boss 17. Reaction to this, she said, "I am on a break right now, main bas relax karna chahti hu. Main sochti nahi hu zyada, jab hota hai tabhi main sochti hu."
Along with Aishwarya, it is said that her husband Neil Bhatt might also be seen on Salman Khan-hosted show. While speaking to Twlly Reporter, he expressed his willingness to join the show. "Reality shows are (on my bucket list). So it can depend kis tarah ka... kyunki har season me format alag ho jata hai. If it is with my sensibilities, why not. I mean kyu nahi".

Known for playing Abhinav Sharma in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Jay Soni has reportedly been approached for the show too.
10. Rishabh Jaiswal
As per reports, Roadies 19 fame Rishabh Jaiswal, as per IANS, "was spotted attending meetings related to the casting of an upcoming show in a cafe of a private 7 star hotel in Mumbai. He is earning a huge popularity for his participation in Roadies. He also managed to overcome bullying as a cry baby by a co-contestant and his personality is loved by the audience."
11. Abhishek Malhan and Jiya Shankar
Not Manisha, but is said that the makers are approaching Abhishek Malhan and Jiya Shankar to participate in the show as a couple. However, the chances of them being a part of the show seem bleak since they have both denied the same on social media.

Social media influencer, TikTok star and choreographer Awez Darbar, is music director Ismail Darbar's son.

Kacha Badam Fame Anjali Arora might also be one of Bigg Boss 17 contestants.
19. Munawar Faruqui
Comedian Munawar Faruqui who was also seen on Kangana Ranaut hosted Lock Upp, might also be a part of Bigg Boss 17. As per latest reports, Munawar has been finalised for the show. It is a last-minute selection.
20. Mannara Chopra
Priyanka Chopra's sister Mannara Chopra will likely participate in the show. Mannara reportedly works in Telugu films as well as a few Hindi and Tamil films. She made her debut with Zid and was recently in new after Thiragabadara Saami director allegedly kissed her during a promotional event.
21. Jigna Vora
Jigna Vora on whose life story was shown on the Netflix show Scoop is based might also be one of the Bigg Boss 17 contestants. For the unversed, the former crime reporter was jailed for allegedly being involved in the murder of a senior journalist J Dey.
