In the meantime, Maruti Suzuki's export market has also significantly improved. Between April and December 2024, the firm exported 245,642 passenger vehicles (PVs). Compared to the prior year, it has experienced a 21 per cent gain.

With 132,523 units sold domestically, 8,306 units supplied to other OEMs, and a record monthly export total of 37,419 units in December 2024, the firm claimed to sell 178,248 units in total.
