She eats home-cooked food for lunch and dinner, and she loves to eat bhindi, salmon and pumpkin. What Kiara Advani eats in a day
Breakfast
Kiara starts her day with a cup of warm water with some fresh lemon juice, which according to her cleanses and detoxifies her system and gets her ready for breakfast.
After her morning drink, she likes to eat oats with fresh fruits. While apples are her go-to fruit, she also mentioned if berries are in one she likes to top them with blueberries and strawberries or even oranges. Kiara mentioned that she keeps her breakfast balanced between carbs and fibre, so that she is all set for her workout.
Pre-workout snack
Her favourite meal of the day is her pre-workout snack which is basically a few slices of apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter. She keeps the peanut butter on the side and uses it as a dip for her apple slices. She shared that she does not believe in crash diets and believes you should have a balanced diet, eat everything in moderation and control your portion sizes.
Lunch and Dinner
Her lunch and dinner both are very simple meals featuring two vegetables and a roti. She makes sure she adds fish, paneer or chicken every day to maintain her daily protein intake. The diva also revealed that bhindi and pumpkin are her two favourite vegetables while her favourite protein source is salmon and she loves including those in her diet.
Cheat meals
Kiara is a fan of burgers and is often seen indulging in those in between shoots or when she is in the mood for a cheat meal. During an interview, while promoting her movie Kabir Singh with Shahid Kapoor, she also revealed she has been a fan of Indian-Chinese food since childhood.
Kiara Advani's workout routine
Kiara is extremely particular about her gym routine and makes sure to work out for an hour daily. Her workout sessions are a mix of HIIT cardio sessions which include exercises like running on the treadmill, cycling, burpees, jumping jacks and high-knees as well as strength training exercises like squats, planks, pushups and box jumps.
Kiara is also fond of Pilates and is often papped around the city as she goes for a class. When preparing for a particular movie, Kiara alters her fitness routine according to the role she'll be playing. For instance, since she is next going to be part of the action flick War 2, opposite Hrithik Roshan, she has also included kickboxing and functional training.
