We¡¯ve all been to vacations where we head out in the morning, roam around all day long followed by partying at night and sleeping at night. This everyday routine for a week or becomes tiring enough that the idea of another vacation is all the more exhausting. But how about a vacation to just sleep near the beach or amidst the mountains. If you ask me what is the one thing I crave all day everyday, my answer would be sleep.
It¡¯s been a long time since I have had the kind of deep, uninterrupted sleep that has you waking up smiling because that's how good it feels. It seems like a far-fetched dream and that's funny because I thought you only dream dreams in your sleep.
A casual scroll on the internet later, I realised there is such a thing as 'sleep vacation.' Funny my sleep-deprived self didn't think of it first. But, yeah. It hit me like a bag of bricks.
I don't want vacations on a beach or the hills. I don't want vacations where I party at day and night. This very minute, I would love to go on a sleep vacation so I can finally lay my head on a soft pillow and only have to worry about all the food I'll eat once I'm well rested. Because I'm exhausted.
