Donald Trump fuels theory that Joe Biden was executed and replaced by a Clone, days after wishing him recovery
Donald Trump is facing criticism for resharing a Truth Social post that falsely claimed Joe Biden died in 2020 and was replaced by clones. This follows Trump¡¯s recent public statement wishing Biden a fast recovery from prostate cancer that spread to his bones.

US President Donald Trump has sparked controversy by amplifying a conspiracy theory about current President Joe Biden. Over the weekend, Trump reshared a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, which falsely claimed that Biden died in 2020 and has since been replaced by clones or robotic lookalikes.
The original post, created by another user, stated: ¡°There is no Joe Biden ¡ª executed in 2020. Biden clones, doubles and robotic engineered soulless, mindless entities are what you see.¡± The post included several hashtags and concluded with the line: ¡°Democrats don¡¯t know the difference.¡± Trump did not add any comment when reposting the message.
The post was one among several links shared by Trump on Saturday night. Most of them focused on his ongoing pitch to revive the American steel industry, but the post promoting false claims about Biden stood out and received attention online.
Earlier comments on Biden¡¯s health
Just days before sharing the post, Trump had commented on President Biden¡¯s health. Following public reports that Joe Biden had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, which had spread to his bones, Trump had issued a public statement.
¡°Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis,¡± Trump said in the statement. ¡°We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.¡±

Doubts on disclosure timing
Trump had earlier expressed concerns about the timing of the announcement regarding Biden¡¯s health. Speaking to reporters at the Oval Office, he questioned why the public had not been informed sooner.
¡°I think it¡¯s very sad, actually,¡± Trump said. ¡°I¡¯m surprised that it wasn¡¯t, you know ¡ª the public wasn¡¯t notified a long time ago.¡±
