The scholarship provides 2,000 pounds (about ? 2.09 lakh) for study at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Arts and Humanities. The scholarship amount for courses in the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Health is 2,500 pounds (about Rs 2.62 lakh).
Notably, this scholarship only requires a single application. Qualified candidates will be automatically awarded the International Postgraduate Sheffield Scholarship 2024 if they fulfil the requirements.
Mainly, the scholarships are intended to lower tuition costs.
How Are The Award Criteria And Eligibility Included?
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or have a permanent address there.
- Candidates must accept the course offer by June 14, 2024, at 4 p.m. (UK time) to be eligible for this award.
- The scholarship is not available for master's programs that are split between the University of Sheffield and a partner institution.
- Interested candidates must be self-funded and be considered overseas to be eligible for tuition fees.
Part-time students who meet all eligibility and award requirements will be awarded a portion of the scholarship proportionate to the full-time amount for the duration of the Master's program.
Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) programs are not eligible for the International Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2024.
