In a series of tweets, she wrote, "To answer some Qs: 1) I received 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine in my 3rd trimester (Feb/Mar). 2) This was after NYS included pregnancy as an eligible health condition to receive COVID19 vaccine. 3) I never got COVID and got tested biweekly for work so the ABs are due to the vaccine."
She further shared a link which led to at least four studies corroborating her experience.

Many on social media thanked her, while some thought it's not just a wonder of science.
That's a very informative document, thank you! Can I ask some questions, do I understand well that unlike vaccination during pregnancy that actually can induce production of own antibodies in baby, antibodies in breast milk only work locally, so they might neutralise the virus 1/

Yay. Congratulations! My baby was born in December so couldn't get the vaccine while pregnant but am still breastfeeding after vaccination. He is drinking all the AB I can give him!

It is not science. It's God grace that anti bodies can transmit from Mother to baby during pregnancy.

Thanks God for that and thanks science for invention of Covid vaccine
My wife was on a small cohort study that looked at IgA and G in breast milk after Pfizer vaccine and same thing. So hopefully our little one got the antibodies too. Wasn¡¯t measured in the study. Only breast milk.

However, experts in India say that there is data for Pfizer. So in USA, it is recommended. But, we don't have similar data for Covishield or Covaxin in Pregnancy. So not recommended in India just yet.
